The two-story ADU was completed just last fall. As you may know, my house is on Palms Blvd, one block East of Lincoln, down the block from Zinque, around the corner from Superba and Venice West, and short walks to the Penmar Café and Abbot Kinney.

The place is fully furnished. Both living spaces, the upstairs 2-BR apartment and backyard studio, have access to the new rooftop deck with a beautiful 360-degree sunset view—and the studio resident will have access to my patio. The downstairs studio is a total pad of about 400 SF with floor-to-ceiling windows, a beautiful bathroom, in-unit washer-dryer, air conditioning, and new kitchen.
