My backyard studio is available for end of March move-in for a minimum of six months, possibly longer term.
The two-story ADU was completed about a year ago. As you may know, my house is on Palms Blvd in Venice, one block East of Lincoln, down the street from Zinque, around the corner from Superba and Venice West, and short walks to the Penmar Café, Abbot Kinney, and Rose Avenue.

The place is fully furnished and the monthly rent of $2950 includes wifi, utilities, landscaping, etc. Insulated from noise from the 2-BR apartment above, the studio resident has access to my patio and firepit. The studio is a comfy crib of about 400 SF with floor-to-ceiling windows, a beautiful bathroom, in-unit washer-dryer, air conditioning, and new kitchen.
