Creative Calendar RESET
The Oscars were last Sunday, underscoring the passion that brought so many of us into the movie business–and this week represents the start of the 11th week in 2023! Do you know where your hours have gone creatively during this first quarter of the year? At only 10 hours per week, 100 hours could have taken you through three drafts of a feature-length screenplay–or even more stages of achievement for a TV pilot script.
Please join Founder Jeffrey Gordon for a free Mini-Camp to reset your Creative Calendar and your commitment to writing.
Join us via zoom on Monday, March 20th at 4pm for an hour discussion on a RESET OF YOUR WRITING REGIMEN.
Once you RSVP, your zoom account will control your access and any event reminders.
However, if you do RSVP and then cannot attend, please communicate so we can plan accordingly.
Creative Calendar is a set of unique tools and strategies for an artist’s time management. In the entertainment industry, time is money. More profoundly, efficient use of time is inherently gratifying for anyone inspired to create.
For 33 years, Writers Boot Camp Founder Jeffrey Gordon (JG) has supported the creative goals and projects of thousands of writers, accelerating their completion of early drafts, as well as fostering the acceleration of their professional learning curve. Basic Training is a 10-Week process to take an idea through three drafts; Pro Membership requires the same 10 hours weekly, takes you through multiple projects in 18 months and further deepens your understanding and mastery of rewriting, as well as providing ongoing career benefits and support.
JG will break down the obstacles on an annual, macro basis that tend to derail writing goals and how to adjust choices to manage a creative lifestyle. He’ll recommend shifts in planning and thinking toward the creation of a weekly regimen, and discuss the specific sacrifices to consider on a daily and weekly basis. No one gets more done without a writing regimen–and there’s nowhere for creativity to flow without a commitment to the work of writing. Of session, Writers Boot Camp’s tools help make the work feel more natural and fluid.
Writers Boot Camp alumni, Basic Training and Professional Members alike, will be given priority for questions submitted in advance. Please send questions by Friday, March 17th to jg@writersbootcamp.com.
